Happy New Year~~ I am hanging out on Saint Clair Ave. and Eglinton Ave. on first Tuesday on 01-03-2023. I went to a park near Bathurst St., What a Bagel on Spadina, watched Puss In Boots at Cineplex.
Korean Consulate @ Avenue and St. Clair
It was rainy afternoon on Tuesday. I headed to Saint clair to get some paper work done and I ended up not getting the job done because consulate only accepts people with appointments. So sad.
What a Bagel @ St. Clair
So disappointed, I took a street car to What a Bagel, a shop I wanted to visit nowadays. It only took 3 stops. A little old shop than expected.
I ordered a latte, they had espresso machine. They made it extra hot and of course, a breafast bagel with salami. It was soooo good~~ The best bagel sandwich I had ever had. It makes my mouth watery just thinking about it now. Avocado and salami was just so amazing.
Heads up, you can only eat at a table near the baking kitchen at this branch. One at Spadina looked much better if you want to eat in. Anyways, try it, you’ll know what I mean.
Puss In Boots, The Last Wish (@Eglinton Cinneplex)
I felt like watching a movie on a rain day so I got off at Eglinton Station just to see a movie.
They had their own snack set, a popcorn, jelly an da small coke wiht figure. So I got it, although I am passed my age.
My seat was near the top isle so I had a great view. I took the photo when ads were playing. The movie, as a disney movie, was high quality, you should go watch it. A little bit of spanish in the movie. Go watch it!
Earls Bales Park (near Sheppard and Bathurst)
My mom suggested and drove to go to this park on Bathurst, a little bit south to our house. The scenery was so much like a mountain. I really liked it, although it was raining. You should definitely check it out. There is a gondola looking thing at the entrance of the park, that was self-working, I guess? But, I did not try it. So cold but so nice.
Summary
Another rainy days in Toronto and I feel like winter has certainly arrived. So cold and depressing. Hope you cheer yourself well during Jan. to Feb. Let’s hope for the best.
Thank you.
