Soontofu and Choco Banana Muffin

Made soontofu and muffin this Thursday. Had so much fun and a healthy meal~!

Hello, everyone. It feels like a long time since I posted. I had my Thursday off finally and cooked and baked at home. They were delicious, you should try it home (My cooking is getting better, I guess.)

Ingredients

Soontofu

-soontofu one pack

-zuchini (half)

-onion (half)

-4 cloves of galic

-soontofu sauce one pack

-seseme seed

-salt and pepper

-seafood (mixed)

-MSG

Choco banana muffin

-banana (2)
-vanila extract

-1/2 stick of butter

-white chocolate chip

-cocoa powder

-pancake mix

-salt

-sugar

-1egg

Making Choco Banana Muffin

Put more pancake mix and less banana if you want a bread. Mine had too much banana it was not really a bread, it was more like pudding inside.

Summary

I really liked soon-tofu recipe and the banana cake I will succeed next time. I really like cooking, it calms me down during my days off.
