I had a great mornings at St. Lawrence Market, visited fresh restaurant, and wondered around the park near King Street.

Is it good morning for you? Well, it was a great morning for me yesterday. I went to Saint Lawrence market and I thought what a romantic way to open the morning.

On the way…

To be honest, it is my first visit here and I struggled a little bit to find it. It is indoor market so I had to walk up and down the King Street and Front street to find it. Look up on google. (It tells the way kind of confusingly.) I listen to music so everything was still good, though. Cathedral and the wall looked beautiful together so I took a picture.

Park

There were dog themed park nearby so I took some pics. There were lots of dogs walking in the morning, like expected. It was cool that the fountain had dog figures and there is christmas event going on.

St. Lawrence Market

Finally arrived to Saint Lawrence Market! Let’s get inside.

How beautifully decorated! I really like the place, how it is lively and casual. That reminds me of my old days. It brings up that homesickness.

Gorgeous and Fabulous Flowers

Right near the entrance, there was a flower shop so I grabbed mango tulip. It costed me $20 and I don’t know it is a good price. Trees were on sale but I really wanted to give this to somebody so I bought this. So cute~~

Eve’s Temptation

I could not walk past this place because it was so colorful so I bought some macarons. ($15 for 6.) Lots of desserts other than macarons were there so check them out, if you get to go. Right, it is also in the basement so don’t miss it.

Illy coffee

Wow. It was early morning but the market was so crowded. Honestly, there were no proper seats upstairs so I went basement to grab a coffee and sat nearby to eat some macarons. By the way, the illy coffee does not accept debit unless it is over $10 so I bought a soda alongside.

Tulip smelled so fresh and I had a great tea time at a table in basement. There were lots of family coming to have lunch by the time. I left the market around noon and headed down to a restaurant for a nice lunch.

Fresh Restaurant

47 Front St E

Walking down the street, there was a cute salad restaurant. Look, even the door looked cute so I went in. It opens at 11:30, to give the heads-up.

They gave me a seat at the bar. Everything looked so organized and cute. They suggested me to order a drink first so I got mocha latte. It was very unsweet version.

The menu was mostly salad, wraps, and soups. I had macarons already and I just ordered soup and salad combo in large. Salad dressing was peanut lime.

There is the food. The salad dressing was the right choice. It came with a large soup which I found very hearty. I think it tasted great for a franchise restaurant. I really like their greens. I heard people who reserved table it is a hot place in instagram. No wonder why it was so cute.

Summary

It was a great way to start a day when I have to work that afternoon. Also, I bought a pretty gift, the tulips, for someone I really adore. Hope you have a happy new year.

Thank You.
